The Committee on the Rule of Law and Justice recommends that Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Law “On the Court System and the Status of Judges” (re repayment of reward to judges of liquidated courts)

At the Committee meeting, it was stated that the bill (Reg. No. 2112a) aimed at regulating an issue of repayment of reward to judges of liquidated courts.

It was noted also that the Committee received a letter from the Council of Judges of Ukraine regarding situation with indebtedness to judges of liquidated courts.
